Hello, I just received it a while ago, I put it on and it feels like some small energy pats, it's tolerable, I already knew that because my sister has one and it's like that. The truth is, I've had it for about 8 minutes and I notice its softness. I know why the same thing happened to my sister and I thought it was very autumnal. It happened to me and it's from another brand and not a different lotus. I hope it goes well for me.

You have to put a gel or cream on the area so the massager will start working! Cool gadget and i hope will work to my eyes!

I am very happy to receive the product so quickly.today. It worked very well for the first 1/2 hour. But the massager did not work later on. It only came with the red light. I tried to re-charge it again, Hope it could work again. Unfortunately, massager function was still not able to work. Please advise.
